How does it work?

The HMI Capability Database (powered by Industry Capability Network) provides information about South Australian product or service providers (suppliers), specifically relating to the Health and Medical Industries sectors.

The key aim of the HMI portal is to provide a platform for cross-sector collaboration and partnerships across universities, government and industry - facilitating motivation to engage and interact with an exceedingly broad collection of organisations whose expertise encompasses a plethora of fields.

The Industry Capability Network (ICN) delivers a sophisticated business network that will empower your prospects with potential to increase your customer base and boost your operations locally and internationally.

Register your interest

We invite you to register your interest in listing on the HMI Capability Database. All you need to do is complete your organisation’s profile on ICN Gateway as well as a few bespoke HMI fields. The registration wizard will take you through the registration process.

DTI will then verify your information and open up the bespoke HMI fields for you to populate (please allow two to three business days). This will allow you to tailor your business capability to the Health and Medical Industries sector.

A basic ICN profile is free of charge and will link your organisation’s capabilities with the Health and Medical Industries sector and be publicly available on the HMI Capability Database. Once you have completed the Health and Medical Capability Database fields and uploaded your organisation’s logo, we will verify your information and publish your profile on the HMI database.

While you are there, you might like to select an upgraded subscription for increased visibility across multiple industry sectors through ICN Gateway.
