Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is a Social Enterprise certified by Social Traders established for the benefit of communities to provide tailored and culturally appropriate employment services to priority job seekers. We work with government, business, communities and job seekers from diverse backgrounds to respond to social issues in particular focus of employment service. We provide a job-ready program, skills assessment, employment pathways and maintain an ongoing connection with employers to source, screen candidates and provide cultural awareness training to enable employers to better engage with their new employees and maximise retention.
